Time is here to get your name or logo on items so that people will think of you first when they need your business or service.  Think outside the box.  What you need to do is get people to your booth so why not send out something in advance to let them know to look for you.  If you know ahead, include your booth number.  Give them something to bring to your booth to get rewarded at the event itself.  Hold a drawing at the booth.  If getting names and business cards is your priority, an incentive drawing can work.  Make sure your handouts or takeaways are ones they will use and remember you by rather than something to give their child (unless their child is your target market). 

If you want something to give that is different, search our link 100,000 items on the left.  If you choose something people will look at every day or even better several times a day.  Magnets, pens, items to use around their computer or office, keytags, travel mugs.  You want to be where people spend their time.  Look around your office or home and notice items that could be imprinted, embossed or embroidered.  Let your clients or customers take your name out into the community.  Order 5-6 weeks before your event to make sure you have what you need to make that great first impression.  We also have items for the last minute but choices are greater if you plan ahead.
